Fermented foods can do wonders for your health. When I first started on the raw path, I drank Rejuvelac religiously and within a month my skin went from acne ridden to clear as day. There are many benefits that come with consuming  fermented foods, but the key is the good bacteria which promotes a health gut and can help keep our bodies parasite free and operating optimally.
