Come one come all! Yours truly is going to be joining in a Raw Food Festival in MD on June 6th, and the dish I will bring is my world famous lip smacking carrot cake. I came up with the recipe for my carrot cake after trying several raw carrot cakes and never finding one that really hit the spot like I needed it to.
