One month countdown to my birthday!! #LibraSeason Here are some things I have been doing intentionally lately:
Grounding – walking barefoot on the earth meaning soil, sand, grass (reduces inflammation and more – will talk about this in detail soon)
Belly Laughing (lightens the spirit, also good for the abs)
Choosing the highest best thought (good for avoiding drama and creating connection)
Engaging my inner girl – last week she wanted beads in her hair so here we are thanks to my AMAZING stylist @loclovstyles @thehealingstylist (great for the soul)
Being impeccable with my words and clear about what I will and won’t accept (great for protecting my peace)
I get intensely introspective leading up to my birthday, and I also usually double down on self-care. That’s why I’m excited to relaunch #StayingAgeless just in time for ME to take my own class LOL. I’ll be doing my rituals in tandem with the women who join and including some of the new longevity insights I’ve learned over the past year. I have started already – last week I got the results from my DNA and nutrient testing, ordered my tracker (thanks for the tip @drgarthdavis), and I’m gearing up to refine my diet and level up my rituals.
