Dangers of Women’s Menstrual Products
Hey girl hey! Let’s talk about women’s hygiene products. Your tampons and sanitary pads are harming your health, YES, you heard that right. Research shows that several women’s hygiene products such as pads, tampons, and pantyliners contain Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs).
EDCs, like phthalates, bisphenols, parabens, and triclocarban, are chemicals that interfere with the way the body’s hormones work. EDCs are dangerous and can lead to severe harm to the body. They can harm every organ in the body, lead to cancer and endometriosis.
Many of these products also contain chlorine bleach. Conventional tampons are created using ingredients that are exposed to pesticides and fertilizers. Wild, right?
What’s the way forward then?
✔Use non-toxic products- I use chlorine-free pads. Some alternatives are menstrual cups and reusable underwear (Chile, check for those chemicals). Do your research and find sustainable and organic brands.
✔Raise awareness- Tell people about this, share posts like these on your stories, whatever way you can get the word out there
✔Learn more about EDCs and the toxins, so you can stay updated on issues surrounding them.
Do you use non-toxic menstrual products? Share some below. To learn more about your hormones and address any imbalances, check out our Hormone Balancing Academy. -XO

Signs and Symptoms of Candida Overgrowth
Signs you need to #DetoxYourLife: Candida Overgrowth.
What is Candida? We all have it – it’s a type of yeast necessary for our gut ecosystem that normally lives in small amounts in places like your mouth and belly, or on your skin without causing any problems, but when the veggie hits the fan and we get imbalanced it can multiply and grow out of control.
Signs you may have Candida overgrowth:
- Fatigue
- Chronic yeast infections
- Recurring urinary tract infections
- Nail / toe fungus
- White coating on tongue
- Sugar cravings
- Sinus infections: Common symptoms include a runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of smell and headaches. A study by the Mayo Clinic looked at a group of 210 individuals with chronic sinus infections and found that 96% of them had fungi in their mucus. Yikes!
- Digestive issues including constipation, diarrhea, nausea, gas, cramps and bloating. Studies indicate that overgrowth of Candida is also associated with several diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
- Skin rashes or acne that flares up in response to consuming sugar
Things to note about clearing up Candida overgrowth:
You must find out the root cause to effectively address it. For me it was mercury poisoning. For others it may be a poor diet, or even an imbalance caused by medication. Steroid drugs like Prednisone can actually promote Candida overgrowth. And undergoing the process of antibiotic therapy, steroid therapy, or chemotherapy also increase the chance of a candida overgrowth.
Know this: If you are on a no sugar diet for years you are approaching it wrong! It took me a month and a half of targeted detox to clear it up. You do need a period of restricting sugars – Absolutely no refined sugar or flour should be allowed – but low glycemic index fruit can be fine in moderation.
Don’t try to use probiotics as a bandaid. There’s a place for them in gut healing but we have to clear out the core issue first and then “reseed” or repopulate the gut with good bacteria. In addition to a regular probiotic, a strain called Saccharomyces Boulardii is particularly effective against Candida.
If you or someone you know thinks you may have candida, holla at your girl. There’s testing that you need to do to confirm it’s presence, and getting a detox protocol that is tailored to your situation is ideal. -XO
That Time I Got Bit By a Scorpion…
I’m BAAAACK 🙂 and I feel amazing. Had an incredible time in Brasilia and Salvador Bahia, ate incredibly fresh and delicious fruits and veg, slept a lot, partied like it was 1999, got some beach time, and also came back with a crazy healing story. I’ll be sharing my list of top places to eat soon, but first…
I got bit by a scorpion. Twice. LOL. Chiiiiiile, I’m not kidding.
The weirdest part was I didn’t know it until later, because it bit me while I was sleeping. I woke up one night before we went to Salvador sweating and with a slight fever but didn’t think anything of it until later.
When I first traveled to West Africa I was sure I was going to get malaria, because mosquitoes love me. Luckily I always travel with my die hard DIY natural mosquito repellent. I saw two bites on my left leg near the ankle the next day and assumed a mosquito found a sweet spot. Then I proceeded to live my best life, dancing til AM, eating out, and exploring for four days before I realized something was OFF about this “mosquito bite.” My ankle and foot was swelling and the bite areas were really red.
When me and my crew got back to Brasilia I went to the hospital–luckily I always carry travel insurance. The doctor who saw me happened to be vegan, so I was assured for a hot second until she proceeded to prescribe an anti-histamine (ok cool) , anti-inflammatory (sure makes sense) – and here’s the kicker 40 mg of Prednisone (WTF). I had my friend translating have her explain herself as I knew enough to know that prednisone is a really toxic drug that can cause extreme weight gain, hormonal imbalance, water retention / bloating and more. It’s used a lot for auto immune conditions but also too widely used for a range of other things including inflammatory conditions.
After all my blood tests came back normal I finally agreed to allow them to administer the first round of meds via IV. My friends were really worried, heck I was worried as I had no idea what to do at that moment about scorpion venom chilling in my body.
Once I got back to where we were staying I used bentonite clay to suck out more of the venom and within two days with some prayer and TLC the swelling went down. Here’s where things got funky. I knew taking prednisone was like taking poison after researching it further so I stopped after Day 2 as it was making me feel crazy even though the doctor wanted me to take it for 5 days. Once I stopped taking it, two days later on the way home to DC both of my feet started to swell and I felt like my body was holding onto water.
I got back Sunday and Monday morning I was in the health food store. The nice clerk who helped me find what I was looking for told me a story of a female friend of his who went from 110 to 200 pounds within weeks of taking prednisone. This further confirmed my decision to toss those meds in the trash can. I bought stinging nettle (more on this soon), and more reishi powder- both of which are powerful natural anti-histamines. I also started hoovering a ton of potassium and eating only raw foods because I knew that the prednisone had disrupted my sodium-potassium balance. Yesterday my feet and legs were finally back to normal. I plan to be detoxing for the next week.
This experience gave me deep empathy for what most patients feel when prescribed medication in a crisis – that feeling that you have no other option can be real! It also renewed my commitment to deeper study of all things natural healing so I can help others. I was able to figure out what herbs could do a BETTER job than prednisone without crazy potential life-altering side effects. I tell you all of this to say THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS. If you ever in a bind please find a practitioner and do your research. I’m just soooo grateful right now that my knowledge of natural healing, stubbornness (LOL), and intuition prevented me from doing extreme long term damage to my body.

Taste As Medicine: Using the Energetics of Food to Heal
In all of the major ancient systems of healing including traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Native American healing protocols, the taste of food and herbs has been recognized as a form of medicine. In each system, how taste are used to indicate healing is unique. By understanding how our bodies’ individual react to different tastes, we can get a better understanding of how we are being affected physiologically, and also how to eat to bring ourselves back into balance. The five flavors that should be a part of all of our meals include: sweet, salty, sour, pungent, and bitter. At various points in our lifespan we may find that we gravitate more to certain tastes, but if we overdo it, we can throw our system off balance. Below is a brief breakdown of how the each of the flavors affect your body so that you can be aware. As you read through, ask yourself if there are certain flavors you feel you eat in excess, or others you never eat at all. By making a mental note you can choose to actively balance your foods choices moving forward and maybe even try new options. -XO Raw Girl
Sweet foods, which also includes bland foods are high calorie foods that are heavy, provide high nutrient content in the form on fat, protein, carbs, and essential vitamins and minerals. Eating sweet or bland foods has a nourishing effect on the body and is also grounding and comforting. Consuming excess sweet/bland foods however can cause lethargy, sluggishness, reduce appetite, poor digestion, improper elimination, increase mucus production in the body and difficulty focusing. Some examples of sweet/bland foods include: animal fats, eggs, meat, milk, fruit and fruit juices, grains, nuts and seeds, root crops and winter squashes. Herbs include: cinnamon, fennel, goji berry, licorice, marshmallow, and shatavari.
Pungent foods which includes foods and herbs that are “spicy” are stimulating and can help to balance more potent flavors such as sweet and salty foods in dishes. Consuming pungent foods can stimulate digestion and assimilation and pungent aromatic herbs such as ginger, black pepper, and sage also help to relieve symptoms of gas and bloating. If you consume pungent foods in excess you can experience irritability, exhaustion, feel emotionally taxed or overstimulated. Some examples of pungent foods include: arugula, cabbage, coffee, horseradish, hot peppers, mustard greens, radishes, raw onions, leek, garlic, and watercress. Herbs include: basil, black pepper, cayenne, cinnamon, clove, cumin, ginger, mint, nutmeg, rosemary, sage, thyme, and turmeric.
Sour foods cause tissue contraction, can tone mucous membranes, and stimulate release of bile from the liver and gallbladder. The sour taste is generally cooling, moistening, and toning in small amounts and is helpful in digestion of fats, oils, and protein rich foods. Sour foods can also enhance If consumed in excess, sour foods can cause heat, aggravation the GI tracts, hunger, and low blood sugar symptoms. Excess can also result in skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, boils, and aggravate arthritis. Some examples of sour foods include: berries, citrus, fermented dairy, fermented vegetables, some fruits such as green apples, grapes, plums, kombucha, miso. Pomegranates, tomatoes, vinegar, and wine. Herbs include: Hawthorne berry, hibiscus, rose hips. Rose petals, schizandra berry and sorrel.
Salty foods when eaten in moderation promote proper digestion and improve nutrient absorption. In excess, salty foods can irritate inflammation in the body or on the skin such as rashes, and cause emotional irritation, agitation. Too much salt also causes the body to retain water and can lead to edema, swelling, and increased blood pressure. Salt has a grounding, heavy, moistening, soothing, and warming effect in the body and when used in cooking it draws out other flavors. If you are nervous, struggle with anxiety, or have dry skin, hair, or nails you may benefit from consuming more salty foods if your blood pressure is not high. The best form of salt to consume is unprocessed and unrefined salt that is rich in minerals which are nourishing to the musculoskeletal system. Some salty foods include: anchovies, celery, smoked meat, hard cheeses, nettles, meat, spinach, olives, swiss chard, and sea vegetables. Herbs include: cumin, celery seed, cilantro, coriander, dill, parsley, and lovage.
Bitter foods may be the least popular foods to consume, but actually happen to be the most metabolically active of the five core flavors! Consuming bitter foods promotes detoxification, promotes hormone regulation, stimulates metabolic functioning and the breakdown and assimilation of nutrients. Bitter foods have a cooling, drying, and anti-inflammatory effect on the body and stimulate the entire digestive process. Beyond relieving digestive related symptoms such as acid reflux, heartburn, and other GI tract disturbances, getting in a little bitter every now and then can also support a healthy appetite, improve heart health, lower cholesterol, help with weight management, and improve blood sugar balance. Despite all of these amazing benefits, bitter foods tend to be the most neglected and are not staples in the Western or Standard American Diet. Some examples of bitter foods include: artichoke, bitter lettuces and salad greens, cocktail bitters, coffee, black tea, green tea, dark chocolate, dark leafy greens. Bitter herbs include: burdock root, caraway seeds, chamomile, coriander seed, dandelion root, fenugreek seed, orange peel, rosemary, sage, thyme, and yellow dock.

10 Fundamentals of Self-Care
One of the true markers of health is resilience, the ability to bounce back after any major or minor stressor. The regular practice of self-care to “fill your well” helps to increase your resilience and boost your overall health long term. Below are fundamentals of self-care to help you focus attention and create healthy rituals in specific dimensions of your wellness. -XO Raw Girl
- Proper Nutrition: Eating properly is essential to good health and spending the time to really assess what your nutritional requirements are is key. All of us are different, and it’s important to remove any foods that cause inflammation, allergens, or even mild food sensitivities. You can also spend time assessing the appropriate levels of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates that makes you feel at your best, and place emphasis on eating whole unprocessed foods.
- Water is needed by your body to function properly and to encourage proper elimination. To determine the amount of water that is adequate for you, divide your body weight in half and drink that many fluid ounces of water. For a woman weighing 140 pounds, 70 fluid ounces of water will be ideal to keep her hydrated and the metabolic processes in her body functioning optimally. There is a thing as too much water, so you can generally try not to exceed 125 fluid ounces.
- Sleep is the pillar of health that must be the foundation for other aspects of wellness like diet and exercise. Sleep deprivation increases our insulin resistance, influences the hormones that affect our cravings, decreases our memory recall and retention, and can decrease our alertness and motor skills while driving or at work. The sleep requirement for you is going to be unique to your body, but a good generally rule of thumb is to aim for a minimum of 7-8 hours.
- Mindfulness when practiced regularly can change the course of your day for the better. Taking in deep breaths brings oxygen to the whole cellular structure and relaxation skills can help you counteract the effects of prolonged or chronic stress, and also learn to respond rather than react to stressors in your environment. Some of the most accessible forms of mindfulness include: mediation, prayer, meditative walks, journaling, yoga, Tai Chi, Qi gong, and deep breathing.
- Time in Nature: Researchers are becoming more and more aware of the value of light on our psychological well-being. Sunshine can improve your attitude and boost your resilience. In tandem with this nature bathing has also been shown by scientific research to accelerate healing, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve mood. Even if you are in a city environment, it’s important to find ways to occasionally engage with nature whether it be exercising in a park or visiting your local Botanical Gardens.
- Exercise when practiced regularly helps sustain physical energy; reduce physical, mental, and emotional stress; and improves flexibility. In tandem with the aforementioned benefits it’s been proven that those who exercise are on average 10-20 years younger than their non-exercising counterparts. One study conducted at the University of Birmingham in the Institute of Inflammation and Ageing found that avid cyclists as old as 79 had healthy muscle and immune function equivalent to people 30 years younger than them who did not exercise. Researchers also reported the 79 year old subjects also looked as biologically as a group of people aged 20-36 who did not exercise.
- Balance: Keeping an appropriate balance of those things which are important in our lives can renew our sense of well-being. A positive attitude and outlook on life is key to maintaining balanced emotionally boosting our overall resistance. Other things you can do to promote balance is to stay vigilant of your time spent working. If you spend weeks pushing super hard at work with absolutely no rest, you will eventually burnout. Learning how to add some rest and play even in a busy season is very important for maintaining g balance.
- Pursuing Your Passion: One way we take care of our well-being is to pursue work and hobbies that make our hearts sing. It is essential to have engaging personal goals and objectives. The ability to accomplish our objectives provides us with a sense of accomplishment and reinforces an attitude of well-being.
- Sobriety: Avoiding mood altering substances especially in excess is key to emotional and physical resilience. Besides the fact that overeating processed foods, doing drugs, or drinking excessive alcohol can wreak havoc on your health, these activities also keep you from tuning into your true emotions. You cannot maintain a lasting sense of happiness if you are constantly using substances to avoid difficult emotions that may be a signal that you need to make some changes in your life.
- Self-pampering is finding time to engage in activities that reduce stress or just make you feel good. This aspect of self-care is best engaging in when you have covered the aforementioned fundamentals of getting adequate sleep, water, and proper nutrition. How you choose to pamper yourself will be unique for each person but can include activities like massages, facials, manicure and pedicures, colon hydrotherapy, acupuncture, eating gourmet meals, taking extended or mini vacations and more. Find what feels luxurious to you, and schedule in regular time to splurge on yourself, because you are worth it.

How Taking Cold Showers Can Boost Your Energy
I love warmth. Warm showers, warm baths, warm turmeric milk, a good warm cup of tea, and the list goes on. However recently, I intuitively stopped taking warm showers in the morning. Why? Well at first I felt it may help get me out of my comfort zone, and I wanted to shake things up a bit. I had heard Tony Robbins, David Wolfe and a few others talking about it, but I never took the time to investigate the science behind it. Until I noticed that taking cold showers was improving my focus and energy throughout the day. Granted I do a lot of other things combined that can help with energy: drinking enough water, exercising in the mornings, taking a multivitamin, reducing my sugar intake and more. Since those things are generally a part of my normal lifestyle, the cold showers did make a notable difference when I started.
Here’s why. Our brain and our gut are connected by the gut-brain axis; and therefore communicate with each other. Just in case you’ve never heard this, people describe it as the gut-brain connection. This connection and the communication in between the gut and brain happens through the vagus nerve, which is one of the longest veins in the body and has the ability to channel communication both ways. Most people don’t realize but communication from the gut to the brain impacts our emotions and mood. The other thing that most of us do not know is that not all vagus nerves are equal in strength! Those with strong vagal activity or higher “vagal tone”, are able to relax faster after experiencing stress. “Higher vagal tone makes your body better at regulating blood glucose levels, reducing the likelihood of diabetes, stroke and cardiovascular disease. Low vagal tone, however, has been associated with chronic inflammation,” [1].
Our nervous system is comprised of the parasympathetic, and sympathetic systems. The parasympathetic system turns on to calm us down, when we are relaxing, practicing mindfulness, and improves our ability to heal, rest, and digest our food properly. Alternatively the sympathetic nervous system is what kicks in when were are exposed to stress, trauma, or danger and is our “fight or flight” responder. The major issue in today’s society is that most of us are over stressed, and our “fight or flight” response is always on, and usually in response to stimulus that is NOT life threatening. Everything from morning road rage in traffic, annoying coworkers, to that epic to do list can keep us in sympathetic dominance. What is key to understand is that our body can only do one or the other: so we are either in rest mode or fight or flight mode, there’s no in between. Here’s the part that gets revelatory: in order to support healing, digest our food better, reduce inflammation and susceptibility to diseases we need to more often than not have our parasympathetic nervous system turned on.
Guess one thing that can improve vagal tone and activate the parasympathetic nervous system? You guessed it…cold showers or exposure to extreme cold. What happens at first is your sympathetic activity will increase, but after a moment when your body gets used to the cold, parasympathetic activity increases [3]. One random controlled trial had 3018 participants participate in hot to cold showers for 30, 60, 90 seconds for thirty days versus a control group. They found that the group that followed the hot to cold shower protocol had a 29% reduction in sickness absence at work [2]. Another study that investigated cold showers as a treatment for depression, found that the cold showers did have a beneficial effect on improving depressive symptoms, but their data and test group were not necessarily adequate to apply to a larger population so more study on this is needed [4].
If you need a completely FREE energy boost, immunity recharge, or just want to get out of a funk, I highly recommend a cold shower. We are conditioned to be comfortable, especially in the Western world, and it turns out that a little dose of discomfort can go a long way. So the next time your friend tags you in the ice bucket challenge, do it, and feel feel free to tag me, I’m so down! -Xo Raw Girl

Make an Epic Comeback! 4 Ways to Boost Your Resilience & Health
When life gives you lemons…Bounce Back!
Have you noticed some people can endure breakups, deaths in the family, unexpected mayhem at work, and somehow come out of the storm looking like Olivia Pope, strutting in a room, glowing and repeating her classic mantra: “It’s handled.” There’s a part of all of us that wants to be Olivia Pope in those crazy crisis situations in our lives, but the reality is that when the veggie hits the fan, it can feel like the world is coming to an end!
Resilience is the key to our epic come-back, and is also in my opinion one of the greatest markers of health. We know bad things happen in life, it’s more a matter of whether or not you can weather the storm and how quickly you recover and get back in the game. The textbook definition of resilience is successful adaptation and swift recovery after experiencing life adversities. In shrink language: secure attachment (especially in childhood), experiencing positive emotions and having a purpose in life are three important psychological building blocks of resilience. Resilience can help protect you from various mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Resilience can also help offset factors that increase the risk of mental health conditions, such as being bullied or previous trauma. If you have an existing mental health condition, being resilient can improve your ability to cope. Below are a few ways you can boost your resilience and make an epic comeback from life’s challenges that will cause your friends and fam’s jaws to drop. If you are going to go through hell, may as well look like a goddess emerging from the flames! Xo Raw Girl
- Heal Your Inner Child. For those of us (raises hand) who may have had crazy childhoods that left deep emotional wounds, part of creating resilience is to deal with our past trauma and rebuild our self-worth and self-esteem. For years I thought my traumas were resolved only to find out there were patterns repeating in my life that were a result of some past wounds that were still affecting me subconsciously. How do you work through this? Journaling is great, seeing a therapist can help to. If you can’t afford a therapist check out the book Self-Therapy by Dr. Jay Earley which can help you work through the same process on your own at a fraction of the cost.
- Keep Your Immunity Up! When crisis hits, we immediately become more susceptible to disease or illness. That’s why its imperative we do not wait before the veggie hits the fan to take care of our daily vitamins and immune boosters. Vitamin C is essential, and taking a daily multivitamin can go a long way. Want more on the importance of vitamins? Check out this PAST POST.
- Practice a Daily Mindfulness Ritual. Mindfulness has been show to decrease stress, reduce the likelihood of contracting a host of diseases, and can also assist with keeping the mind positive in times of crisis. When things get rough it’s easy to slip into that downward spiral of thinking, and what mindfulness can do is help us to pay less attention to that negative chatter that keeps us in negative Nancy mode. Some practices that can work wonders: daily meditation, yoga, Qi gong, walking meditations in nature.
- Connect to a Higher Power. The Practice of organized religion is slowly becoming scarce in our modern world, as people seem to feel they don’t have time. The amazing thing about faith however, is that it can provide some assurance during times of crisis. Church communities or spiritual organizations with like minded believers can provide essential support when weathering life’s storms. In addition to this, many people fid that when they can give their problems over to God, stress reduces, and a deeper sense of peace and positive expectation emerges.
The Miracle Mask That Healed My Skin
Here we are at the end of 2016. I’m aware it’s been too long since I’ve shared here on the blog. Much love and appreciation to all of you who have subscribed and purchased books this year. I’m back just in time for the holidays and I have a whopper of a story to share as you can probably tell from the photo!
About a week ago on Monday, December 28th, I came home to my apartment in LA absolutely exhausted. I was that kind of tired that it is borderline drunk. I don’t even remember when exactly I fell asleep. At 5 AM the next morning, I shot out of bed and my face felt like it was throbbing! I ran into my bathroom and when I looked in the mirror I couldn’t help but let out a shriek. Staring into my reflection I saw that an area on my cheek was inflamed, swollen and BURNED. After staring, shrieking, pacing, and then catching my breath I realized that somewhere in between my bathroom and my bed the night before I fell asleep with a product from Keihl’s called “Deep Pore Cleanser” on my face.
Then the rage bubbled up slowly. How could it be that a product that is supposed to cleanse my skin could burn my face?!! I called a dear friend who is an eco-esthetician and she schooled me like I school people on the dangers fast food. “Those products are totally toxic, you have to stop using them immediately.” She then mentioned that ever since Keihls was bought out by L’Oreal that there was no real guarantee that the products had truly natural ingredients. I couldn’t help but think: I’m supposed to know this! Even though I’d made a huge effort to buy only vegan makeup brands, and change my beauty products, as I stood there with the burn on my face I was aware that I needed to do much better. That I would do better. Once I healed the burn on my face.
Fast forward to Thursday. I woke up, and yes the burn was still there and it was creepier looking than ever, check the picture above. I had a red carpet event on Saturday, and I was supposed to be leaving to travel to New York the next day to make it in time. I was contemplating canceling my trip because I was 1) worried about being Scar Face on the red carpet, and 2) I didn’t feel like putting makeup over the scar in case it would aggravate it. In a fit of frustration, I had a little deja vu moment as I threw out of the Keihl’s products in my possession. This feeling was all too familiar. I remembered how horrible my skin was when my acne was at the height of cray cray. After tossing out all of my beauty products I realized I would need something to replace them with! So I called an awesome store in West Hollywood called Green Line Beauty that sells only organic, natural, and vegan beauty products. The owner wasn’t in but the lovely woman I got on the phone with calmed me down. “The body is a miracle,” she said. “It really does have the power to heal itself. You will heal.” She went on to say please don’t stress because freaking out will only impair my bodies’ natural immunity.
I got off the phone with my eco-beauty guardian angel for the day and took a deep breath. She’s right, I thought. Years ago I healed my skin of crazy acne and scarring all over my face. This little ScarFace burn hasn’t got anything on my healing mojo. It was a done deal at that point, I made up my mind that it would heal miraculously and that whatever I needed to use to facilitate the process would show up. And then of course what happen next was a bloody miracle. I went to my local natural grocery store and was led to the herb section by my favorite store clerk who suggested I make a natural mask. Twenty minutes later I left with herbs in tow excited to attempt to create a healing concoction in my kitchen.
What resulted is a mason jar full of goodies I’m calling Raw Girl’s Heal & Glow Face Mask. Not only did my inflammation go down to a scab in a day, in two days it literally peeled off and is now completely gone! Guys, I’m really exited about my mask not only for generally skin healing but for dark spots from acne scarring, general natural glow and more. So I’ve decided to experiment with my blend this month on a few friends and family member guinea pigs who are dealing with skin issues or just want a beauty boost.
I am now taking orders for only up to 50 jars of the mask to start. I won’t sell more than the first 50 because I want to ensure everyone has an awesome experience with it. All orders filled over the holidays will be shipped out priority on January 8th, 2017, and if you send in a review you will receive 25% off a reorder. I’m selling the mask for $35 bucks and it’s MASON JAR SIZE! I want to make sure that you will get as much value as possible. Will upload photos soon. For now, I have not included any stabilizers so it’s natural enough that you could technically eat it and be okay. CLICK HERE to read more about it and order or click the graphic below. For now only taking fifty orders within the U.S. Would so love your support! Will be exciting to hear that many others are healed miraculously just like I was, or at the very least are basking in their new found glow.
Wishing you and yours a peaceful and burn-free holiday season.
